The 2 ports to the cpu fan, if you have already assembled everything in the box are inaccessible, you can't stick your finger in there, so if you need to replace the fan and disconnect it, then you have to disassemble the cpu cooler as well.
The RGB on the board is hidden on the other side and the graphics card hides it anyway after inserting it, so it's useless there
ASUS Armoury Crate software has problems with Win11, installation stalls after upgrade of first installation, or. it's gonna start throwing messages about the AsIO3 problem. sys. Necessary to disable the memory integrity check, then it works (a whole day of reading discussions on how to solve it, until this helped).
ASUS Armoury crated can't set RGB shutdown/start well (the integrated AURA is not yet tuned). In addition, when the application starts the RGB unpleasantly goes out and flashes.
Inconveniently placed 2 ports for no cpu fan in the middle of the board, in order not to see the cables one has to run them in the passive heatsink slot on the board
the first RAM slot is too close to the CPU, when using a FERA heatsink, the slot is under the heatsink and e.g. You can't slide a RAM with RGB (which is higher) underneath it into the slot
