I haven't regretted buying this oven in a long time. Delivery took over a month and when it was finally delivered the light stopped working after two weeks of use. Alza referred me directly to beko with my complaint, and they wrote to me almost two weeks ago saying they would get back to me. Whether I'll ever see the repair and be able to use the thing again is in the stars.

The pull-out grate and locking knobs is a bonus too. Pyrolytic cleaning tried once but I also evaluate positively and in the future also the possibility of complete removal of the glass. For the price, it's a great oven that I'm happy with. I'm a bit sorry that it arrived damaged and you couldn't see it through the polystyrene. Fortunately, this does not affect functionality.

The oven is absolutely great. I thought there was nothing that could surprise me with the oven, but I am very pleasantly surprised. Baking on AeroPerfect or 3D when baking multiple baking trays is great. It really does bake evenly all over. Cleaning the oven is so easy, no scrubbing the oven, I turn on the pyrolysis and I'm good to go. The controls are so simple that absolutely everyone can understand them. The display sets the time and then the baking time. Beeps are audible signals to alert you when the oven is preheating or when the desired time has elapsed. The oven stops are top notch, as is how quiet the oven is. A big plus, especially when children are near the oven, is the always cool door. It takes a while for the cooling to turn off after baking, but it doesn't matter. We are very happy at home and glad we chose this oven.
