The chair arrived from the supplier in an incredibly damaged state. Despite this, I've been using it for a while and I can say that I've never experienced anything of such poor quality. The seat is very long, so with my average height (177cm) I have no chance to sit comfortably, a lot of the material of the chair is ordinary cheap plastic, the armrests are attached by screws without bearings, so they loosen when positioning the chair and need to be tightened once a week so they don't fall off. The chair is completely ripped after a month of use in the office. The only positive is that the massage function is quite nice for occasional relaxation, but I would definitely not buy the chair again.
