I've tried several recipes - from fish to vegetables to bread - and everything came out perfectly. The steam mode not only ensures excellent taste but also preserves nutrients. Another bonus is the additional features like self-cleaning, which really makes my life easier. My only complaint would be the need to occasionally refill the water reservoir, but that is part of the steam oven. Overall, I rate the Bosch built-in steam oven as a great investment and definitely recommend it!
