I must praise the service of having the appliance brought up to the flat and the old fridge taken away. The delivery men had to haul the fridge all the way up to the 5th floor (it doesn't fit in most lifts) and mentioned that Bosch fridges, in particular, are poorly packaged and easily damaged during handling. Reversing the doors is only instructed with pictures, but it's sufficient. I was surprised that the interior drawers are also oriented in a specific way. After installing the fridge and reversing the doors, I fortunately don't have to deal with any more issues.

We've only been using the Bosch KGN39AIAU fridge for three days, but our first impressions are positive. The delivery and installation (via Alza) went smoothly – from choosing a time slot to the punctual arrival, unpacking, and clear instructions for the first switch-on. After being switched on, the fridge cooled down within a few hours and has been running ever since. The design is sober and discreet (in a good way) – the matte stainless steel on the doors looks high-quality. We really appreciate how quiet it is, which was one of the reasons for choosing this model. The drawers in both the freezer and the fridge are well-made. The zero-degree zone in the fridge promises useful storage options, although we haven't had a chance to fully test it yet. The only issue is the layout of the shelves in the door and in the main compartment – the factory setup isn't very practical for smaller bottles or taller containers, so that will need some tweaking. I would also have liked the fridge temperature to be shown directly on the display. Compared to our previous twelve-year-old built-in fridge, this is an improvement in practically every way – the door seal and opening, the amount of space, the separate temperature controls for the fridge and freezer, and the noise level. So far, I can definitely recommend it!
