TL; DR: An excellent device for some, unfortunately a bitter disappointment for us. We bought the washer dryer instead of a separate washer and dryer set, fully aware of the compromises that come with a washer dryer. We were particularly attracted by the idea that the washing machine would take care of everything overnight and in the morning we would just come to the finished laundry. The first impression was very good, the washing machine looks solid, the user interface is very pleasant and the accompanying app is the icing on the cake. The number of programmes is impressive and we were particularly impressed by the ability to wash and dry clothes in just 45 minutes - it really works! Unfortunately, disillusionment quickly set in. Although the washing machine dries really well, it has no way to adjust the drying temperature. It dries at a subjectively very high temperature. The result is that the very first wash ruined several pieces of clothing that had survived many cycles in a conventional dryer unscathed. This is a dealbreaker for me, after which the washing machine is unusable. To make matters worse, from the very first wash, the washing machine started reporting error codes through the app regarding the fan blocking. That in itself wouldn't be a problem, I'm sure the service department would take care of it under warranty. However, it did lead me to wonder how the washing machine is actually protected against clogging from clothing debris. The classic dryer has a variety of filters that you can clean. But this washing machine has no user-accessible filter. I don't want to guess how it will cope with a forgotten paper handkerchief and I am afraid that it will need frequent service cleaning. This would only be confirmed or refuted by long-term use, which I don't have the courage to do. I have asked to withdraw from the contract and return the appliance to the seller. I don't want to jinx this washing machine. In many ways it is really excellent and for someone who is willing to adapt to it, for example by the type of clothes, it can be a great choice. The convenience of use is really top-notch compared to a conventional washer and dryer, because you just put your laundry in at night and take it out in the morning, you don't even have to deal with detergents. But it proved too big a bite for our family.
