Compared to the Bose QC 35 II extremely overbassed sound, which cannot be removed even in the equalizer. Unbalanced, even unpleasant sound experience. Turning on the headphones or connecting to bluetooth is signaled for unknown reasons by an aggressive droning tone, instead of a simple "Connected to. “. On the other hand, the multipoint bluetooth connection works better than the QC 35 II. Also the bluetooth range has increased. Rather wasted money. I still use QC 35 II.

I expected a more premium design but it doesn't offend. The headphones were packaged in another box with the padding, yet the packaging was damaged and therefore degrading and unusable as a gift for the money! Another huge minus to the Alza trader for the phone call to pay 1500Kč for the Instant Exchange Guarantee. Why? That the material on the earrings is of poor quality? For that kind of money, plus +1500? How is a customer like me (quality controller) supposed to digest this information. I'm so sorry for all this. angry that I'm deciding to return the headphones! I'll probably approach another higher quality shop where they have a more personal approach to the customer.

I was deciding between Airpods Max but since the Maxes I had the opportunity to try were already by this time quite technically obsolete. So I chose Bose quite blindly, but I don't regret the purchase, rather I was very pleasantly surprised. I can say that I enjoy listening to them more than the Airpods Max. Not to mention the WH-1000XM5.
