The washing machine is already washing, but it's shaking, even though they levelled the feet for us. We've ordered pads for under the machine, hopefully that will improve it.
They delivered and installed the washing machine.
The driver's card terminal wasn't working, so we couldn't pay by card as stated in the order.
The washing machine doesn't come with the “elbow” to connect the machine to the water supply, we had to buy it separately.
They did NOT take away the old washing machine even though the removal of the old appliance was part of the order. We had to call Alza and arrange for the old appliance to be collected separately.
the washing machine shakes even during a wash cycle, we ordered pads online, Alza only has them in white and the washing machine is black
