When they are completely discharged, it takes several days to charge them, so they cannot be used

The right handset doesn't work! and charged for days and did everything, but then I pull out two headphones, then in my ears, both work and after a few seconds the right one beeps and no sound comes out of it, or it may work but it takes it to beep every three seconds!
