After about three hours of wasted time setting it up, we decided to return the watch. We wish other potential customers good luck and good nerves. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

They're small, light and pretty and that's the end of it.

Wi-Fi - so we looked for it and didn't find it. It may be able to use wifi networks for more accurate localization, but it doesn't have wifi per se.

A camera for video calls - the main reason we chose this watch. Even a freshly ploughed potato makes a better quality video.

The app - Now that's a multi-language blast - whoever made it should return the money and still pay people for being forced to use it. If anyone has heard the term "user friendly", that's not happening here.

The watch menu is also perfectly translated - such typically Czech terms as "Dialer", "Dial market" and last but not least "Kosongkan data" (Malay for "delete data")

The watch is not designed to connect to Wi-Fi as a data network, but uses the Wi-Fi network in the vicinity solely for location refinement when no GPS signal is available. This is common practice for children's watches in this category. The watch uses standard video call technology like all models in this price and feature category. According to our internal tests, the image quality is even better than many competing devices. Of course, we understand that expectations can be individual - especially when compared to mobile devices with completely different hardware. The CARNEO Guard application is fully localized into the Czech language. Unfortunately, warnings like "Kosongkan data" or other incorrect translations were caused by an error in the import of some terms in one of the language packages. The fix is ready and will be released as an OTA update, which will also bring a new, modern app design and several new features. Thank you and have a nice day
