I have nothing against the purchased goods. But I will never buy anything through Alza again. They can't be reached normally and even when you do get through they don't pick up the phone, don't answer queries or complaints. They also do not deliver the goods complete, which increases the delivery time. I don't recommend buying anything from Alza, I never will again.
