The device stopped working after less than 3 months of use. The claim was immediately accepted and a new item was delivered, but unfortunately, it was incomplete – the lid was missing and the device is unusable. I have been trying to resolve the situation for over 14 days now – by phone, by email, on chat. Each time with a different person, each time I have to explain the situation all over again and each time I get different advice, but so far, no solution. I definitely do not recommend buying this! For my first child, I had a similar device from Philips Avent, which was perfect. This time I wanted to save money and I deeply regret the purchase. And the fact that Alza's claims department is completely useless is a chapter in itself.
The plastic container gets stained by food very quickly and can't be washed clean anymore.
The food container is quite small – with the Philips Avent, I could make enough baby food for 2 days in a row, here it's barely enough for one.
The water measurement system is nonsensically designed, here with numbers 1/2/3 without any indication of what time this corresponds to (only in the paper manual). With Avent, this is written directly on the measuring cup.

I primarily use it for one type of vegetable/fruit/meat, which I then blend, throw into a silicone mold and freeze. Then the cubes in the freezer are ready to combine.
Very practical, minimum utensils and effort, everything is ready quickly
Steamed food tastes great
It doesn't turn itself off, it just announces the end by popping
