Probably like any similar in this price range, it works according to the pros and cons listed above, more than starting, lighting and charging the mobile phone with the right custom cable do not expect.
Starts well, I use it as a preventive measure for longer standing vehicles.
For starting all types of vehicles, the higher starting current (1000A) and higher impact current (2000A) are advantageous. There is no need to deal with starting vehicles with higher displacement and diesel engines.
If it will be used only for starting the vehicle, it probably has no fault for the money
It is probably true for all types of Jump Starters that short cables are a problem if you have to connect the minus pole to a frame outside the minus pole of the battery.
universal cable for charging different manufacturers of mobile phones for new mobile phones does not work, you must use the original or from the fast charger.
if the capacity drops below 75% more than one device cannot be charged
The included Jump Starter charging power supply is slow, I had to charge from 25% to 100% overnight, but I guess that's the way it's supposed to be when the capacity is like 5 mobiles.
There is no indicator light on the red +cable terminal for proper circuit connection.

I bought last winter. In -8 it started my old e39 530d (3.0L diesel) with a dead battery like nothing. I always carry it with me. I just don't recommend leaving it in the car in winter, it doesn't do the lithium batteries any good.

The power bank is triggered by a button and if the attached device does not have anywhere undetermined withdrawal, so it turns itself off after a while. For example. the old gps, to which I have only a 12V connector to the cigarette lighter socket (powerbank accessory) will not charge

1. The EC5 connector for connecting the terminals is STILL energized (to be marked on the product).
2. The 12V output connector works only with a minimum consumption of ~6W - if it is lower, the electronics will disconnect this output after about 4s. Not specified in the manual.
3. The included USB-C charging cable transfers max. 4W, the supplied charger as such can deliver 12+ W.
(prefer not to use)
4. The supplied USB-A to Lightning, Micro-USB, USB-C and mini-USB adapter is. (well, just don't use it)
5. The 20,000 mAh capacity is highly questionable. It would be interesting to send this product to the testing room.: o)
