I bought the power supply because I needed reasonable performance, smaller dimensions and ideally white colour for a reasonable price. I was discouraged by the fact that there is a complaint about this series of RMe power supplies that they crack under different loads. I would return the power supply if these problems manifested themselves, but after testing the load at various levels it seems to be fine and nothing is cracking or clicking.

The power supply has a nice design and in that white color it's a really nice piece. The cables are great, they bend nicely and plug in well. They also come in white along with the power cord. The source was running as it should, but then came an unpleasant surprise. Source at a certain load (E.g. Google's Live Wallpaper extension) started cracking badly. Kind of like starting a fire. Based on the information, it's probably nothing serious, but I don't need to hear this. So I decided to return the source. I've read on the internet about using Chinese parts, which obviously don't work the best, and even on YT there is such experience from foreign channels. Despite my bad experience with the Corsair power supply, I wanted to give them another chance because I know the brand has a rather good name and I myself have had good experiences with them. I've read that their RM-X power supplies are better and that they use Japanese parts and a bigger fan. I did the right thing. It's not white, but it works as it should and still has a fan control switch. In case you don't want to use the 0 RPM mode, you can set the speed as you want. So definitely for me don't take it and go straight to the more expensive RM-X even though it may be some bad batch, but you'll be more confident.
