I was very interested to see how this would work when switching systems. You don't have to do anything, it just works. The headphones start with a 2s button hold, sound is heard and then play immediately. The dongle is lit, when the headphones are switched off it pulses blue-violet. There is no need to pair anything with the dongle. I haven't even used BT yet. BT I take it as a backup for fun on the go. They do weigh a little bit, you can tell right out of the box when they're in your hand. But it sits on your head and you get used to the weight right away. Satisfaction, I recommend. The manual is just a sheet with instructions for the buttons. Before that, I was looking into how it is with dongle pairing and collisions, etc. and no information could be found, and there's no instructions on the web yet. But once you plug it in, you'll find that you don't actually need anything else.
