In a word, a brilliant product. After the tests I bought a second one for YOUTUBE videos.
After lengthy tests, the larger sensor clearly outperforms the GOPRO HERO 12 in image quality during the day, and in the evening the HERO 12 doesn't stand a chance. Blurred image compared to the sharp image from OSMO 4.
Much easier to use than HERO 12
It does not heat up in operation.
Longer battery life than HERO 12.
More equipment in the package compared to HERO 12.
Significantly cheaper than HERO 12
Good quality photos - surprisingly so.
In accelerated video recording, the best quality footage I've seen from any camera so far. Everything is completely sharp and smooth - no cubes like HERO 12
