The thermostat controls the heater and fan simultaneously, so it stops heating and blowing when regulated. Also, it doesn't have a scale and you need to try and make a line where what temperature is.
The fan itself has a power consumption of 20W, stage I 650W, stage II 1340W. Inside there are 4 heating elements vertically with ribbing between them. In stage I, only the left two are heated, in stage II all 4 are heated.
The fan mode is also controlled by the thermostat - either set to maximum, or blowing under/not blowing over.
