We gave it to my parents for Christmas and so far it's been running for about that week. Its start-up was seamless, it connected on the first try (some reviews said they had quite a big problem with it). The instructions were very intuitive (it was only in English, which we helped with) and what surprised me was that the app is in Czech. I saw in reviews that it's only in English, but we have it in Czech, probably a new update. So far he has been avoiding cat bowls, toys and other obstacles without any problems, he has systematically managed to clean under the legs of chairs (he didn't get tangled there even when the tip top fit in the spacing). The only thing that confused him a bit was when we moved his coffee table while cleaning (the place where he cleaned was suddenly not accessible and where he couldn't clean was suddenly accessible). The operation itself is pretty quiet (we use the "smart mode" that increases the power when it needs to) and the emptying is noisier, but it takes about 15s so nothing terrible. It also handles mopping well and doesn't leave streaks, and at least for us it can be cleaned at least twice a cycle (especially after mopping the hallway and the cat litter box).
