The sound quality is close to studio headphones, I am very impressed with them. If you don't want to spend extra time adjusting the eq, put -1 dB for treble and +5 dB for bass on the back of the box. Enjoy.
Dual band speakers, they sound very, very clear
The bass is soft, subtle. Reasonable after EQ tuning.
Quality gold-plated connectors are included - a pleasant surprise!
For good bass, you need a subwoofer with a larger diameter. (-1* on an otherwise perfect product)

I wouldn't do it a second time.
They play, nicely, price/performance ratio okay.
TIERED volume control, with the sound bouncing around quite loudly, needing to be fine-tuned via windows volume.
I definitely recommend a keyboard with a hotkey for volume control, unfortunately a necessity with these speakers.
Too much for my taste.

Basically everything I expected I got, good sound quality, sufficient volume for the computer and for sounding the whole room. I was also referring to the excused word, which is very clear through these speakers. I knew about the volume wheel escalation and it can be worked with.

For years I have been using Genius SP-HF2.0 1250 speakers with my PC (small room). They are quite big for PC, but I was satisfied. But they started to hum, so I decided to buy new ones. I spent a week looking through reviews and listening to various comparisons on YouTube until I decided on the EDIFIER MR4. They came yesterday. They are about 1/3 smaller than the Genius, so I put the new ones on top of the old ones for a test and I couldn't help wondering what kind of sounds were coming out of them. I was very "embarrassed". Anyway, I put the old ones away, put the new ones next to the monitor and put on some music. After about an hour of listening, it dawned on me why the sound seemed strange. TVL. Those boxes reproduce sounds that Genius just couldn't handle. The problem is that I have a pretty decent musical memory and I've been listening to the Geniuses for years and suddenly someone pulls back the curtain. An even bigger surprise was that these "little guys" can handle both classical music and thunderous rock when they get salty. EDIFIER MR4 were a big and pleasant surprise. P. S.: after the reviews I immediately bought a quality signal cable, I did not even try the included one.

Very nice sound
The button modes are ON/STANDBY/OFF, just to set the record straight about the user's comment that the speakers don't have an off option. Just hold the button for 2 seconds and the boxes will turn off.

What to write. A lot of music for little money. Faithful presentation, absolutely sufficient for a home studio. At a lower volume - about 20% - the bass density disappears a bit (normal user will not notice), but at this size and price the presentation is still above standard and in many ways better than some monitors with a price tag higher than 5000Kč. Light, almost inaudible noise is solved by using a quality cable, the original shoelace catches all frequencies around 10m .
