Product purchased as a Christmas gift 22.10.2022. Used according to instructions in winter months indoors, charged a maximum of 25 times, stored at room temperature, in April a drop in performance, gradual reduction until June when it did not run at all. For this reason advertised. Complaint by Alza not acknowledged, offered only post-warranty repair in the form of battery replacement worth CZK 2.825, -. When asked how often the battery would need to be changed as part of the operation, no specific answers were given. If someone wants to buy a new battery for a product every year, let them.
