Alza expert, first of all, I know how to pair the doorbell and the answer that you have a video instruction is of no use to me when the first piece was defective, and secondly, giving this advice after a year of using it is a bit late, right?

even after 4 hours on 4 devices on 2 WiFi networks (2.4 GHz as it says in the manual)I couldn't connect to the mobile app, I couldn't get the doorbell into pairing mode, I don't know if it was defective or I was defective but it really screwed me up for the money so I returned it.
