This monitor holder is one of the best you can get. It is very sturdy, made entirely of metal. Adjusting the position is comfortable, but the holder doesn' t even move, it really holds. The holder has an integrated tunnel in which you can run all the cables. The screw can be used to fix the position of the monitor in a precise horizontal position. For that price, you get a really high-quality monitor holder.
