In our household with a toddler and a pet, mopping is a daily necessity, so I was looking for a convenient and effective way to clean without having to use too many chemicals. The device fulfilled this perfectly. I appreciate that it heats up almost instantly, the water tank is big enough, and I have no problem with the steam pressure either. We have a combination of smooth and textured tiles, and I usually have a problem getting all the grooves clean, but this steam cleaner handled it with ease, so I'm very satisfied. I also like its other function, that it can be converted into a handheld cleaner, and it works beautifully with the small attachment for degreasing the oven door. On the other hand, I don't find it suitable for washing windows, but that's down to my own clumsiness, as I struggle with the cable and prefer a cordless device, even though the performance is perfectly adequate. Personally, I would have liked the power cord to be 50cm longer so it could reach the entire area from one socket, but that's also a personal preference. A big bonus is how compact it is for storage; the device stands on its own and can also be 'folded' in half, which saves space. I'm slightly bothered by its weight; after removing the mopping handle, it weighs around 1.4 kilos, which may not seem like much, but when you're washing windows or cleaning the bathroom, it adds up. That's why I will personally stick to just cleaning the oven and mainly mopping, but overall I rate the device as a great balance of price and quality.
