The quality corresponds to the price. The magnifying glass is fine, the construction sometimes doesn't hold completely firmly in place, the base is unstable, a table clamp is a better solution. The advantage is a large range of luminosity settings and three light temperatures (7500K, 4500K, 2900K according to the manual, with some tolerance it's probably even close). Here online Alza states the luminous intensity 9000lm, on the box it is written 2700lm, and in the instructions one can read that the "Useful luminous flux" is 706lm, which will already correspond to reality, it shines weaker than an ordinary 8W 1080lm LED bulb in E14 socket. For me a good price/performance ratio, can't compare with a quality model lamp for four times the price.

I use it as lighting for fine work and electronics spidering. I was hoping it would replace my cel, but it's so borderline usable. I have to be close enough to work with fine electronics. I expected it to shine more. Besides, it doesn't have its own power supply and it makes quite a difference what 5V power supply you plug it into. Not every noname 2A charger will really give you that 1.5A. I use the attachment to the edge of the table. The base is terribly small and light, so you'll tip it over immediately. The grip to the table holds as such, but the attachment of the lamp arm to the clip is completely fussy and trivial. The screw that holds it in place is easily removed when manipulating the lamp arm and it is free again in a moment. And finally, I'm bothered by the blue glowing spinac. It is what a shame that the controller shines a blue diode on the whole room to let me know that the lamp is not lit. Better would be an ordinary spinner somewhere up on the lamp. The brightness control is only good for night reading. Well, I wouldn't buy it again.
