I bought the slider specially made of plastic for use in electrical engineering. Sometimes it is necessary to measure in a live device. Since it is plastic, it cannot achieve the precision of a steel slide.
The accuracy of the piece I bought is within 0.2mm.
The resolution of the display is 0.1mm (there are two decimal places on the photo in the e-shop, which does not match in my case)
It comes with a plastic transparent case and two batteries.
For me, it absolutely lived up to expectations.
The slide is plastic/non-conductive, therefore ideal for use in electrical engineering.
