Quality in terms of material, but it would like to think of a few small things, see minuses.
Quality plastics and hoses.
The hose does not strangle itself, which some weaker and inferior products do routinely.
Price
The tailpiece has a check valve, which is not mentioned anywhere. While it's handy that it doesn't leak water if you forget to close it, it also reduces the flow quite a bit. When connecting to the wapka, the current kept dropping out due to insufficient pressure, which I solved by buying a normal end cap.
Telescopic handle and wheels make the product unnecessarily expensive. The handle is short when pulled out anyway, so you'd rather lift the whole drum than hunch over. Either it wanted a longer handle with wheels or a regular handle without wheels. If you are 160 cm or less, you may be fine without the hump.
