The installation with the cover was more complicated - after installation I put the cover on and pushed the glass so that it moved slightly to keep the cover from peeling off (there is only a tiny gap between the glass and the cover). The black bezel covers a bit of the display, but I only noticed it after a few weeks, so I don't think it's a problem. Occasionally, when I take off the cover, the glass comes off in a small spot (usually not on the edge), but by pushing it back on, it sticks immediately. Even after a month of use, I have no major problem with the glass.
