The rails are galvanized steel, so there's no risk of galvanic corrosion of the aluminum Apple Watch. With stainless steel, this is a risk.
The strap probably has some leather in it, but it also has at least 50% rubber or other synthetics, all mixed together. It looks pretty cheap and doesn't really look like leather. It's really not for company or dinner. Actually, I don't know what the point of such a strap is.
The rails have rubber protrusions on one side only. So the manufacturers had the right idea, but because the gymo lugs were not put on the other side (like the originals have), there is a bit of play in the rails. On the other hand, other non-original straps often don't have these protrusions at all, and this is really noticeable. It's not all that bad here, but you can tell.
The rails have a different curve than the Apple Watch 8, so they make little "bumps" on the sides of the watch, but it's not terrible.
