For standard exercise in the gym the preset activity "strength" is unusable. It only counts some exercises where you really "swing" your arms.
The data from the optical heart rate sensor sometimes doesn't appear to me. However, I didn't compare it with the chest belt. At steady load, without swinging, it's ok

definitely garmin pay is a big plus
