I bought this dishwasher to replace an older model of the same brand, which had served us faithfully for almost 13 years. Unfortunately, the first problem with the appliance occurred during the installation phase, for which I had paid Alza extra as part of the delivery, hoping for a smooth exchange of the old appliance for the new one. Almost immediately after the technicians unloaded and unpacked the dishwasher, we discovered a mechanical fault with one of its installation feet, which made it impossible to get the appliance up and running. Despite the technicians' advice to return the dishwasher and order a different model from another manufacturer, I decided to request a product exchange as part of a warranty claim. Fortunately, when the new dishwasher of the same type was delivered, the same fault did not appear. Despite these initial issues, I am satisfied with the new dishwasher. I particularly appreciate its economical operation and extremely quiet running.
