I am returning it because it does not perform as advertised. There is also not a not of support for the product from the company itself so many things you have to figure out by yourself.
It juices easily
it looks nice
it's really complicated to put together, the instructions are not detailed
The juice that comes out contains at least 40% pulp which is not what they advertise.
Once you make the juice, you have to strain it again manually
Difficult to clean
The whole structure moves when juicing, it seems really unstable
