The washing machine works brilliantly, I especially appreciate the very quiet operation and the high level of automation thanks to the dosing system.
Quieter than average.
Low average water consumption (40L per cycle).
Clear control display in Czech.
Automatic dosing of liquid laundry detergents.
Cold wash option.
The automatic dosing of liquid detergents needs to be adjusted individually. It's better to use the same detergents rather than switching between brands.

If you have laundry gel for coloured clothes in dispenser A and only for black clothes in dispenser B, the washing machine won't take the gel for black clothes. This needs improving; I think it could be fixed with a software update.
very quiet
The panel is completely in Czech + a nice visualisation
The option to light up the washing machine drum
You can add many washing programmes via the mobile app.
it's a bit of a struggle to set the right amount of washing gel from both dispensers
If a salesperson tells you that you can have gels for different types of laundry in the dispensers and switch between them, that's not possible. The app itself says that dispenser B is deactivated if there's laundry gel in dispenser A.

The washing machine works without any problems, it's very quiet and looks robust. The machine has a large drum and is stable during the wash and spin cycles. The mobile app shows data on water, electricity and detergent consumption.

So far, the washing machine has met expectations. The controls are simple and clear, the colour display looks good and the range of programmes is really wide. A big plus is the 10kg capacity and especially how quiet it is – even during the spin cycle, the machine is pleasantly quiet and stable. I also like that you can adjust the programmes as needed and add forgotten items during the wash. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't comment on long-term reliability yet, but our first impressions are very good.

This is the second washing machine I've bought from Gorenje. We got the new one for our renovated flat. I gave the old one to a friend and it's still working after 8 years. I'm very satisfied with the new washing machine and trust it will be reliable.
