Simple and intuitive operation, shreds very well so far, only a few days use. The noise level is normal, not extra loud but not extra quiet either. It also staples stapled papers well with a stapler. Easy to empty the bin, only the drawer slides out, the 25 litre capacity is good. A nice feature is the easy handling of the shredder - wheels that ride smoothly on the floor. Card shredding has not been tried yet.
