The head opens the flow fully, the radiator is hot, so when I sit about 1,5m away from it I feel a lot of radiant heat. Then the head completely shuts off the flow when the controller cools down completely. In an insulated apartment there is a lot of inertia and this type of control is not suitable at all. I'm returning the head because the original mechanical one works much better.
