very noisy, the manufacturer states 67 dB, we measured 81 dB, there are often strange noises, I was surprised by the water at the bottom filter, drying is a mystery, sometimes a piece is dry, sometimes the clothes have to be dried on the dryer, the service technician said that everything is fine, plastic design of the appliance very flimsy, sometimes something rattles somewhere

I don't know how many local reviewers have experience with another dryer when they write here that this model is quiet. So I definitely envision the silence differently. I had to return the first piece because of vibrations and shocks. Even so, you can hear various knocks, squeaks, the pump, etc. from the dryer. But I think OK, there is no room for soundproofing in a narrow dryer, so I have to tolerate it. Only one person can add a dryer to the app, so not usable for a family. The temperature is not clear for the programmes. I would expect more from a 13 TCZK dryer. This is a comparable product to a 10k dryer.

Deployable spout - easily dropped when deploying and breaks. In addition, the tank must be emptied immediately when drying is finished if you want to keep the door open. It won't hold a full tank for long.

I was scared of an unknown brand, but wrongly so.
The dryer dries as well as the larger AEG. Of course, because it has a smaller drum, being slim, less laundry has to be put in. The water container on the lid is cool, easy to handle. As for the noise, it is more tolerable than the AEG, it has a different spectrum. Anyway, every dryer makes noise and it is better to close it somewhere. The controls are less intuitive than those of the AEG.
