A docking station with a fairly wide range of connectors. Unfortunately, my recent experience is that usability is debatable if you have a macbook and expect anything other than a larger number of ports and a card reader. Connect only one 4K monitor and you will soon find out that HDR will not pass through the hub and the display frequency will be a maximum of 100 Hz. As a result, unfortunately, you will perceive a noticeable visual difference between working on the macbook screen and the connected monitor. If you connect the monitor to the macbook directly without using a hub, then of course these restrictions do not exist and the work is then less disruptive. So the question is whether it makes sense to pay such a high price for a port replicator.

One of the few that supports charging and reading from discs at the same time, I use the ipad 12.9 M2 to connect discs to the cut, and no problems. I took 4 drives at once (2x usb C and 2X usb A) and 512gb memory ... hdmi doesn't exactly mirror high quality (maybe my fault), but for previews great. It didn't just take one very old disk, but it was already gone: -) instead of rope I would rather put there another usb c for the money ...: -). And the cable wouldn't mind being detachable.
