I recommend it if you enjoy dealing with complaints and the associated administration over and over again.

First advertised after half a year of use with the indicator light on that the device is on, but it doesn't work. In addition, the app reports the amount of water very randomly and does not reflect the reality of the amount of water in the device at all. After the first complaint they replaced the product, but the new product stopped working after two months. The second claim was rejected on the grounds that the fault had not manifested itself in the service. So we're going to have a constant round of complaints and no money back.

They are in no hurry to deal with the complaint and it takes them almost the entire statutory period. So the dog still drinks from a regular bowl. If you want to get one, get at least two because you will always have one fountain to service.

Relatively cheap replacement filters

The app automatically sends you notifications when you need to clean and replace the filter (they recommend following this, I ignored it once and the fountain almost stopped flowing at one point as the sponge filter at the pump got clogged with cat hair)

The connector for the power supply to the fountain seems to be the best solved of all fountains offered on Alza. There is really an extremely low chance that water would get into it and the connector would corrode or short out.

The fountain is supposed to automatically alert you in the app when there is not enough water, but even when there is still about 400 ml of water in the fountain, it starts to hum horribly as part of the pump rises above the water. So rather than an in-app notification, the sound of the fountain alerts you (can be taken as a plus if you don't like notifications on your phone: ))
