We could improve a few technical things about the service - e.g. I had 3 different disks in my setup and I needed to specify which specific disk I wanted to install the OS on, but unfortunately I couldn't add any notes to the order when ordering, so I had to deal with it later via email. Then it might be necessary to improve the PC Configurator itself a bit - it offered me e.g. to the motherboard RAM type DDR4 but I had a board for RAM slot DDR5, unfortunately I did not notice it, or rather I relied that such a thing will look at the configurator and I chose the unsuitable ones offered to me - but in the end it was basically without a problem solved, when I was contacted by customer support before the build and offered the right type. I was a bit worried at first, as I chose a PC build/components for almost 50k and I never had a PC build at Alza before, but everything turned out well in the end, the PC build looks and runs nicely, so overall satisfaction.

Absolutely do not recommend, they sent a malfunctioning computer. Every once in a while it blue screen, after the first reset it won't turn on and the only solution is factory settings but it still turns out the same. I don't understand when people do tests that they send a PC in that condition.
Communication on all requests only contact Alza support and they will sort it out but no contact to technicians

A week has passed since the PC assembly was ordered, although it was supposed to take 3 days. Even after a week, Alza has not contacted me to hand over the PC to the carrier. So I expect at least two more days. I would expect a service for a grand to be a little more reliable.
