good sound
Once paired with an iPhone, it only works for playing audio and video. The microphone doesn't work when making calls

Hello, thank you for your review. The microphone for making phone calls should work without any problems. It doesn't work when you answer a call on your phone rather than on your headphones. Alternatively, you can try resetting the headphones as described in the instructions: https://www.intezze.com/sites/default/files/soubory/2022/04/cliq-reset_0. pdf. If you need anything, write to [email protected], they will be happy to help you with everything. Of course, you can also contact our customer centre. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

I've been using it for over a year without a single problem, no disconnecting or pairing one handset
