One handset was immediately non-functional, it didn't recharge, so I didn't even have a chance to test it properly. Not much sound from one earphone.
Alza immediately refunded the money for the headphones, but I still minus 60 CZK for shipping.

within a year one of the headphones started losing battery capacity and now it won't even charge. the second one is fine. the headphones are not bad, they were used intensively for a year at work about 7 hours a day. but even so, this glitch shouldn't occur

Hello, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the headset, most customers are happy with the durability and the microphones on calls. Try charging the headphones and the case fully. If only one headphone is offered, it looks like the headphones are unpaired. In this case, we recommend resetting the headphones:
1. On your phone, remove the Intezze Core headset from the list of paired Bluetooth devices and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Switch on both handsets and in pairing mode, press the button on the left or right handset 5 times quickly.
3. You can turn on the Bluetooth function and you can pair them with your phone again.
If the problem persists, you can contact the manufacturer's customer service at [email protected] and they will resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert
