Experience with the product? You're still asking me? A trader who sells an incomplete package through Alza and Alza has no control over the goods gets me. I ordered two sets, but two blankets were missing. After communicating with the claims department I was told not to complete the packages and to send everything back, which I did. But I only got 1 set's worth of money back. They said the supplier told them there was only 1 set so they would not pay me anything. Could it be a new practice? Alza tells you that you have to send everything back and doesn't even look at the package and relies on the supplier. This has to be dealt with by Alza and not the supplier and Alza won't give me any contact details for the supplier. So if someone orders a package from a supplier and it is not complete, they have to send it all back (it cannot be completed) and the supplier says it is not complete so the customer who trusts Alza is out of luck. So a new trader practice in 2026. As if there weren't enough of these crooks already. ,,,,,,,,,
