This soundbar is a tragedy. I had read online before buying that LG soundbars suck, but as an LG OLED owner I took a chance. Error. The sound is awful, I tried playing with the equalizer, changing modes to music, cinema, etc. and it's really bad. It plays tinny. The bass isn't playing where it's supposed to. The subwoofer is big and yet it's actually lighter than the Sonos Sub Mini, which is smaller. So LG made the sub big on purpose to make it look like you have a proper sub. The sub does almost nothing, even when you turn it up to maximum, the bass is really really weak. DON'T BUY IT. I had a chance to compare with the SONOS Beam Gen 2, and this soundbar sounds 10x better on its own without a sub, and it's even cheaper and half the size. Even without a sub, it has better bass. And when you combine that with the Sub Mini, you have a much, much better setup, just a few 1000 more expensive. I ended up with the Arc Ultra (without the sub).

Bought unboxed, and Alza delivered my soundbar with subwoofer without original packaging only taped, so of course the soundbar got scratched. And it still came without the remote control that is supposed to be included. I'm returning the goods. I forgive Alza for that, because otherwise I've never had a problem with them.
