The gear lever can be connected directly to the steering wheel. no need to take up additional USb in the PC.

If you're buying the G923 just for the xbox because of the greater number of usable buttons than the G920, then buy the cheaper G920 instead. Because the extra buttons that the G923 has are not functional on Xboxes, or they don't map. Allegedly, according to all the information, it is Microsoft's fault that these buttons are only available on xboxes as extra buttons that are supposedly only allowed to be used by game developers, and the result is that developers don't care about these buttons as much as MS. The same is true for the ice speed indicator, which is used by a minority of racing games.
More buttons than g920 but only usable on PC
The brake pedal is subjectively better than on the previous G920
The RSB, LSB, +, - and confirmation wheel are not functional on xboxes.
The difference between Truforce and regular FF on G920 is not that noticeable.
LED speed indicator only functional for supported games on both PC and Xbox
