I'm 47 and I read that vitamin C is good for the skin. I used a product from The Inkey List and it was insanely strong, I had a rash on my neck after using it even though I used it every third day. The one time I used it on my face and not my neck and still got a rash, I said enough is enough. Then I learned that the product has 30% vitamin C, which is a crazy dose. I didn't want to give up vitamin C completely though, and I read good reviews on the L'Oreal serum, so I gave it a try. If I'm not mistaken, this product has a dosage of 12% percent, which is strong but reasonable. I've never had a rash and so far I use it every other day. It was a little itchy at first, but not anymore. I can't tell yet if my skin has improved, but I'm happy with the fact that I'll hopefully be able to use it long enough to really know if it's working or not
