After 11h of wearing it I can say that it can be worn for longer than the manufacturer recommends, however it does get sweaty after a longer period of time and can be uncomfortable, itchy and a bit pressing but all of this can be endured and you get used to it. I'd look for a more breathable brace next time. Maybe something similar to the attachment but it's priced differently.
