We replaced this kettle with another, recently purchased Sencor, which also had multiple temperature settings but was a total disaster. He could scald even his hand when pouring boiling water if one was clumsy. When pouring, the water practically flowed out through half of the lid. In this, NiceBoy pleased me that it works as one expects from a kettle. It even has a seal, so you won't spill on the table or floor or get scalded when pouring. But... I haven't yet figured out how to make the kettle turn off immediately when it reaches 100 C and not what it does: it's cooked about four or five times. It looks like it adds power, starts to gurgle more, then it subsides, then the situation repeats about 4 times. Tiny kitchen full of steam. I don't know if I would recommend the kettle.
