From what I have tried so far, it is very quiet and powerful. Cool 7900X in 65W mode PASSIVELY.
Cooling is absolutely perfect
Very quiet.
There's absolutely everything in the box. From the intel hardware to the heatsink position selection pods (Ryzen 7000s are optimally positioned a bit lower due to the separate chips)
The instructions say to tighten to 0.6Nm, but you have to get the torque screwdriver yourself

I didn't want a water set for my new build and was too lazy to look for cheaper alternatives, so that was basically the only option left. My AMD Ryzen 7800X3D cools down to the default curves to 35°C in idle and so far to 65°C in games. But I keep my computer in a room where the temperature is between 15°C and 20°C.
