So you make a phone call and fight your way through a chat bot to someone live. You explain the situation and they promise to take you to Olomouc. During the week you call several times where the bike is, no one knew and constantly just heard, several times even something they are actually not even capable of ( promise -I will call the branch in Prague and then to Olomouc and then I will call you. Three hours later you call and another employee tells you they don't even have phone contacts for the branches, so they can't call and find out what the status is! )Well, it seemed that the first employee just got on his bike and rode it to Olomouc, how else do you explain that the transport from Prague to Olo took over a week !
