As I have a temporary crown, I used this instead of my usual, harder double one from Shock Doctor because it's softer and doesn't put as much pressure on the crown. I was happy with it at first, but when I bit through it on the molars after three months (training 1-2 times a week), it really says a lot about its poor quality.
Okay at first.
It broke after three months of light use.
