The only thing I would miss in my car would be CarPlay. This thing here handles it pretty well. You just need to think about where to put it. On the dashboard with the attached bracket it can be done if the dashboard is low, otherwise it will get stuck in the view. On the other hand, the suction cup glues itself, plus the vacuum, so it holds really well. If you tighten all the screws properly, it's really solid. The display itself is snapped on and then to take it off the holder is quite a challenge. So it's not exactly a work-around every time. I solved it by buying a magnetic holder for the vent. I glued the plate to the display, it has a big flat piece of plastic where the original holder clicks in, which can't be put there. I have it in the vent and it comes off easily from the magnet, the display weighs about 360g and I can hold it in decently. The downside is that you lose the camera because it only looks at the dashboard. The advantage is that it can cool the climate in summer. I used a corner usb C cable to power it. I power it normally with a 5v 2.1A cigarette lighter adapter (not the included cable) and it runs without problems. The cool thing is that when the car has Bluetooth the phone can stay connected to the car and the display is set to go to Bluetooth. So if Spotify is playing, it plays directly into the car, i.e. the sound is perfectly ok. This also applies to making phone calls. You can control the music normally on the steering wheel or via the CarPlay display. So there's only one cable, and it's the power one. On the right side there is a button to turn off the display. It rattles incredibly, so re-tape with black electrician's tape. You can hardly see it, the rattle stops and the button is still usable.

The Black friday discount is almost 50% so the price of 1690 Kč is absolutely great in the price ratio competition: performance. With this device, except for a few details, someone thought and did not give up on the timeliness of the device, which is far from being the case with the aforementioned competitors. What really annoyed me about the competition was that the android car had a compulsion to only play audio directly to the android car, so aux or transmitter was the only option and when I was on the phone it sounded like I was driving in some kind of wreck. this device can "reject" the sound and you stay connected to the car's bt, so if someone calls, then 1. steering wheel commands work 2. you are using the car's audio (which means you will hear clearly and cleanly - tested)
